All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices mentioned are based on current tariffs and may change without prior notice due to factors such as fuel cost, government taxes, or vendor policies. Full or partial payment is required to confirm bookings, and failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation.
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on hotels, transport providers, and tour components. Any cancellation request must be made in writing, and applicable cancellation charges will be deducted before processing refunds. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identity proofs, permits, and travel documents. Make My Tour India shall not be responsible for delays, losses, injuries, natural calamities, political disturbances, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or services if required for operational or safety reasons, while ensuring comparable alternatives. Participation in tours implies acceptance of these terms.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be informed in writing via email or official communication channels. Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation and the policies of hotels, transport providers, and service partners involved in the tour.
Generally, cancellations made well in advance may attract minimal charges, while last-minute cancellations may result in higher deductions or no refund. In case of non-refundable bookings, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances. Refund eligibility depends entirely on the supplier’s policy.
If Make My Tour India cancels a tour due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or operational issues, we will offer an alternative tour or process refunds as per supplier approvals. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after deduction of applicable charges.
