Mr. Rupak Ojha, the founder of MMTIND – Make My Tour India, is a passionate entrepreneur in the Indian travel and hospitality sector. Hailing from Deoghar, Jharkhand, a city renowned for its spiritual significance and cultural heritage, he developed an early appreciation for travel, service, and guest hospitality. His roots in a destination known for welcoming pilgrims and travelers shaped his vision of providing meaningful and comfortable travel experiences across India.
With hands-on experience in the homestay and accommodation business, Mr. Ojha actively operates homestay properties, understanding firsthand the expectations of modern travelers. This practical exposure enables him to design tour packages and travel services that focus on comfort, authenticity, and value. His approach blends local experiences with professional service standards, ensuring guests enjoy personalized and memorable journeys.
Under his leadership, Make My Tour India offers a wide range of travel solutions including customized tour packages, accommodations, local sightseeing, and destination-based experiences. Mr. Ojha’s vision is to promote responsible tourism while supporting local communities and small hospitality providers. Through MMTIND, he aims to make travel across India simple, transparent, and enriching for every traveler, while continuously raising service quality in the tourism industry.

Miss Sushma Pradhan, the Co-Founder of MMTIND – Make My Tour India, is a dedicated hospitality professional and entrepreneur from Mirik, Darjeeling, a destination known for its natural beauty and warm local culture. Born and raised in Mirik, she possesses deep local knowledge and a genuine understanding of the region’s tourism potential, traditions, and guest expectations.
She is the proud owner and operator of Mirik Homestay, where she has built a strong reputation for providing comfortable accommodation, personalized service, and a peaceful stay experience for travelers. Her homestay reflects her belief in authentic hospitality—offering guests a welcoming environment, clean and comfortable rooms, and delicious home-cooked meals prepared with care.
Miss Pradhan holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, which has helped her develop strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and a thoughtful approach to guest relations. Her educational background, combined with hands-on experience in managing accommodation services, allows her to contribute effectively to both operations and guest satisfaction.
As Co-Founder of MMTIND, she plays a key role in shaping service standards, managing accommodation partnerships, and ensuring quality hospitality experiences. Her vision focuses on promoting local tourism, supporting community-based stays, and delivering memorable travel experiences rooted in warmth, trust, and authenticity.
